😊: It was nightmare trying to access the property. I was on the phones at night with an agent for nearly 1 hr as the codes for the doors did not work. There were supposed to be 3 codes : one for the main red gate, one to enter the apartment building and another one for the apartment itself. It was like entering a prison. The agent had to reset the codes over the phone. We got there at night and there was limited lighting inside the courtyard making very difficult to locate the apartment.. 😢: The host was not helpful in response to our queries both during before the stay and during the stay. Infact, we found them quite rude. The booking stage is not honest and not correct. They charge a hefty deposit but they hide this in the small print so that you don't know when you make the booking. They made me paid a significant deposit whilst I was at the airport and on my way flying to France from the UK and threatened to refuse entry to the property. It was poorly organised and the deposit should have been taken well before we get to the property. Similarly, they made me signed a contract whilst I was at the airport and on my way flying to France from the UK. It was terrible and this could have all been all done well before we arrive in France considering we booked the property at least 1 month in advance. The facilities inside the property are very poor: The TV & remote control, WIFI/internet, hot water, kitchen hob were all not working properly. There are several cutlery and plates missing. The window kitchen is broken and cannot be opened. The sofa bed is dirty, stained and disgusting. The sofa beds in the living room were uncomfortable. The cleanliness was generally poor and we all got bitten with dustmites inside the property. We made several complaints and only got rude responses from the host. Only 1 agent called "Laurent" tried to help with the various problems such as water issue, door access codes, kitchen hob etc. The treat people like prisoners. We had left the property and they were still issuing instructions of how to clean the property and take out the rubbish..

😊: Very nice and new appartment with everything needed in a protected area. Great coffee for free.. 😢: The gate did not open when called the required phone numbers. Luckily, a neighbour let us in..

😊: A nice spacious apartment located in a quiet gated area.. 😢: The checking in process was needlessly complicated and in fact didn't work properly on which was frustrating The bed is bowed in the middle too.
