Origami - T3 new & cozy 2 steps from the center of Annecy with WiFi &

😊: L'appartement est très bien situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Commerces nécessaires à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec tout le confort et tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse est très grande, avec une partie couverte ce qui est très appréciable quand il y a du soleil. Le parking souterrain est un plus.. 😢: Il manque cependant de la climatisation, surtout avec les étés caniculaires. D'autant qu'il fait très chaud dans la chambre double (nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, nous avons utilisé le clic-clac du salon). Des ventilateurs ont été rajoutés mais ils étaient tout poussiéreux. Heureusement que nous avions apporté un ventilateur. Les lits simples grincent un peu..

😊: L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé. Un beau balcon. Au calme. Le garage privé est vraiment un plus.. 😢: L’entretien pour certains éléments ne sont pas au top. Le balcon n’est pas du tout entretenu (dalles et verres des parapets bu balcon où l’on voit des inscriptions. C’est bien dommage. Il manque d’un peu de « rafistolage » pour la table extérieure et les chaises inférieures. Un autre point un peu gênant : la conciergerie n’est pas accessible 24h/24.

Great apartment for me and two nephews on a cycling holiday. Secure bike storage, 10-minute walk along the river to the city centre restaurants, and two aspect balcony got the morning (with a coffee!) and evening (with a beer!) sun.

😊: We had a fantastic stay at Origami in Annecy. The apartment is really well-equipped with everything you could possibly need: a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and even a fondue set. The location is also great—just a 20-minute walk from Annecy’s old town.. 😢: there are a couple of downsides. The parking situation is extremely challenging if you have a medium to large car. The underground garage is very tight, and the private garage space is so narrow that it’s almost impossible to park without spending 20-30 minutes maneuvering in and out every time. Also, during the summer months the apartment can get a bit warm since there is no air conditioning..

Séjour très agréable avec 4 personnes (2 enfants). La terrasse est super et le parking un grand plus. Le lit dans la chambre principale est un peu étroit. 160 cm sera mieux.
