Outstanding Provençal Villa with Spectacular Views Available All Year

We had a great stay at the lovely Picadda. The house is nice and the pool and the outside areas were superb. We were met by Alex and Ed, who during our stay were most helpfull, kind and full of good ideas as what to see and how to get there. There are many good walking routes in the area and both St. Jainet and nearby Vence are nice cities.Make sure to rent a car with automatic gear and not too big, since many of the roads are small and narrow.

We spent 10 days in a truly charming country house in St. Jeannet. The house itself is beautiful, and the view of the Baou de St. Jeannet from the pool is simply breathtaking. There are plenty of worthwhile places to visit nearby, but the house is so spacious and inviting that you’ll enjoy spending time there as well.Alex and Ed are fantastic hosts — attentive, quick to help with anything, and always happy to have a friendly chat. We highly recommend staying here!

Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung waren wie beschrieben. Supermarkt und Bäcker mit Auto und E-Bike schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben einen schönen Familienurlaub genießen können. Traumhaft der Pool mit der Aussicht auf Berge und Meer.

We had a fantastic time. The villa and surrounding countryside are beautiful. It is only half an hour away from the airport and the sea, but it feels tranquil and remote, with stunning views. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and easily available if needed. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect villa for a family with kids. Nice pool and pool house perfect for evening barbecues. Walking distance to the lovely village to buy the morning croissants and bread. Alex and Ed are the perfect hosts, looking after the house and its guests.

We chose this spot due to its location in a wonderful (non-tourist) village beneath Baou St . Jeannette with hiking and outdoor adventures right outside your door step. Morning hikes from the villa, peaceful afternoons by the pool, sunsets and sunrises with stunning views of the Baou and hosts who were very helpful + spoke English! It’s a country home with old world charm and met our needs perfectly.
