😊: not much I had to pay 90 euros as a damage deposit. I would avoid this place. everybody gets to make choices, I feel i made a bad one here. The place was OK. I do not like being told after I have rented, that the owners expect me to leave it spotless. Isn't that why the cleaner comes to change the laundry and take out the trash? with a 90 euro deposit, the owner really has you at their mercy if you do not adhere to their instructions in the manual.. 😢: HAVING TO PAY A 90 EURO DEPOSIT!!!.

😊: Location just 600 metres from the canaldes2mers cycle way.. 😢: Automated access failed. When I called for access details the host demanded another email address then hung up the phone. The entry to the property was very smelly due to workmen's boots left in the hallway. Some dishes weren't very clean, I guess because the dish liquid container was left empty. No bin bags were provided but there was a demand for rubbish to be removed from the apartment. One bedside light had no plug. Generally, very disappointed. Oh, and after departure the host did contact us with instructions to give a good review and that any suggestions not be on booking.com but I feel would be unfair to future guests..
