😊: The apartment was cozy. There were hot water for showers and heating. The location was super. Right next to the metro with stores very close. Supermarket, boulangerie, mini markets. There was a nice balcony. The neighborhood was very calm and safe. There was also an elevator in the building.. 😢: The only problem was the plumbing installation and you had to be very careful as it seemed to be just about to broke. Especially on the bathtub..

😊: The place was comfortable and clean. Very quiet especially considering location. Especially convenient for families - several (take away) restaurants and a supermarket just next to the apartment. Easy to park on the street or in the parking garage of the supermarket. Metro station just 100m away (but do note that it is one of the slowest routes to Paris central - 30-40min). All in all - very good value for money..

😊: It was clean and cozy, like described in the photos. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. She reacted to all my questions and needs. Very close to the metro, parking nearby is free and there is a supermarket right downstairs. I think for the money it was good.. 😢: There was a slight delay with the check in (30minutes) where we waited downstairs with our luggage. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room so there is not much personal space..

😊: Was great everything nice and clean very closed to shops and metro I will hight recomanded this house..
