Eccellente<br>#128578; Ottima posizione; quartiere tranquillo; bar, ristoranti e negozi a pochi metri; appartamento piccoilno ma completo di tutti i comfort; ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte del proprietario; facilità nel ritiro delle chiavi in autonomia; letto matrimoniale molto comodo!<br>#128577; le finestre si affacciano sui bidoni della spazzatura ed un bagno privato utilizzato dal personale del locale accanto (spesso usato a porta aperta, si sentiva di tutto. Abbiamo risolto tenendo chiuse le finestre.
