😊: Very well located for Paris Convention Centre. On relatively quiet street. Apartment on end of quiet corridor of apartment hotel building. Good dishwasher and washer / dryer, good coffee maker with supply of ground coffee. Good selection of restaurants nearby.. 😢: Although the street outside was reasonably quiet, there was still quiet a lot of city noise (but unavoidable in most parts of the city I guess).

😊: Nice spacious flat with good size bathroom and also the little balcony added extra space.. 😢: There was only 2 water glasses for 4 people.The bathroom door keeps sliding open..

😊: "The apartment was a fantastic place to stay, with plenty of positive surprises! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was more than enough closet space for all our belongings. The electric heating kept us cozy throughout the winter, and the apartment was equipped with everything one might need for a longer stay – from a generous supply of dishes to toiletries, bathroom essentials, and even a coffee machine. Everything felt fresh and new, with modern appliances adding to the convenience. The peace and quiet were remarkable – we never heard a peep from the neighbors.. 😢: On the humorous side, the bathroom door had a bit of a rebellious streak, as it insisted on opening itself at the most inopportune moments. As for the trams outside, their squealing brakes did wake me up a few times – but I’m a light sleeper. The rest of my family, however, slept soundly and didn’t notice a thing! Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable stay..

😊: We are a family of 4, traveling by car and we stayed for 6 nights. The apartment immediately became "Our home in Paris" because it is located in a modern residence in a quiet area, close to the metro and the supermarket (both within 500m). The furniture is well-kept, tidy and functional. The cleanliness is excellent and it is equipped with everything a family could need (exactly as in the photos). The host is very kind, he responded to us very quickly and gave us a lot of useful information. Highly recommended.. 😢: Nothing.
