😊: Great central location, beautiful house with AC to keep us cool.. 😢: N/A.

😊: This is quite a spacious but quirky property with a slightly unusual layout. It has great aircon in both the living/kitchen area, and also in the upstairs bedroom, however we are not sure what cooling system is available in the other two bedrooms. One of them was relatively cool, the other very warm. We used the trams all over the city, and there’s a handy stop less than 5 mins walk from the property.. 😢: Access to the upstairs bedroom is extremely challenging - my wife couldn’t get up there at all! However it was beautifully cool, perfect when it was 40c outside. Also the keys were not in the box when we arrived. It turns out there had been a problem with the cleaner, so someone else had come and hadn't finished - so we couldn’t access the property until 4.45pm, far from ideal on the day it hit 42c! The owner was apologetic and we understand these things happen, but some advance warning would have been welcome..

😊: The space and the well stocked kitchen. 😢: Difficult to find initially due to road closures in the area.

😊: Location good Secure Courtyard Comfy beds. 😢: Staircase precarious.

😊: Excellent location and layout. Clean and well presented.. 😢: I was there in a heat wave. The upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms seemed unaffected by the aircon. The wifi was only available in the lounge but strong there. Every thing else was great..
