😊: This is a lovely apartment, a stones throw away from the beach. The apartment is clean and has good working air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped to nestle up some breakfast or lunch. The fridge freezer is large, if you decide to do a big shop. There is a lift as well as stairs to reach the apartment and a bonus for us it came with its own parking bay. The shower was very powerful, which we loved after a day at the beach. There is a bar, few restaurants, casino and supermarket within 5 minutes of the apartment.. 😢: This is not so much negatives just points that may help other travellers. There is currently no WiFi however the agents you collect keys from believe it will be installed. The parking bay has a bar and padlock preventing anyone else parking there, ensure you get the padlock code when you collect the keys. The hot water boiler is turned off when the apartment is not in use, check if its on before you have a shower (I learnt the hard way and the water was very cold). The outside lounge and dining area is very hot during the day we chose to keep the internal patio doors shut to keep the apartment cool. It should be noted it is approximately a 20 minute walk into Valras Plage main strip..
