😊: Great location, great views of Disney light display! Handy for shops/station/restaurants and can walk to Disney if you are mobile/taxi or uber very reasonable if you’re not able to walk Separate bathroom/toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs Well appointed kitchen I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if a second key was provided and the shower was fixed. 😢: The downstairs shower was out of commission, upstairs shower is over a bath so not ideal if mobility is impaired. All bedrooms are upstairs Only 1 key for the apartment was a real inconvenience, ran out of toilet paper. Washing machine/dryer chargeable 10 euro each (for duration of stay).

😊: Loved the area location to restaurants, shopping and train station.Apartment was great well equipped for a family .The outside space was lovely and able to sit and enjoy the drone and fireworks at disneyland. 😢: No A/C or if available no instruction, but only slightly uncomfortable ..

😊: Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Car park space. Close to Disney Land whether driving or walking.. 😢: Nothing it was excellent..

😊: The location to Disney is great (approx €15 in an Uber depending on times) The outside terrace as the biggest plus and the fact they didn't rush us to leave.. 😢: The biggest problem and one the owner has completely ignored is the fact that there was only one bathroom for 8 of us. The second bathroom was not usable. It took us so long to get ready in the morning it really impacted our stay. The only usable bathroom was very dangerous as you slid on the bath as you entered and exited. No instructions on how to use any of the appliances. Great equipment but impossible to use. Only one set of keys is not enough for 8 people. Two of the bedrooms were adequate the third bedroom should be advertised as a 3/4 bed it was so small. One of the reasons we booked this penthouse was for the advertised 'air conditioning' there is none. It was 40° and we spent three days taking fans from the bedrooms to the lounge. The owner stated that it's illegal to have air-conditioning. I would assume that the people that follow us will also encounter the same problems. If the owner had been more professional and proactive in addressing the problems I would not have reviewed but I am going to ask for a full refund. We paid a substantial amount of money and this property did not need our expectations.
