Perigourdine of character with private swimming pool

Raymonde and Frederic welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around the beautiful rustic house and grounds. The house is in a very peaceful area but only a 15 minutes drive to the restaurants and shops of Perigueux. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There are two shower rooms, two toilets and 3 comfortable bedrooms. The enclosed pool is a welcome addition in the hot weather. Raymonde’s beautiful horses are kept in a field close by and are tame and friendly. There are many beautiful villages within a hours drive that are well worth a visit. We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in the Dordogne.

La casa è stupenda, ancora più bella di come appare nelle fotografie. Accurata nei dettagli e con ogni comfort. Il silenzio e la pace del luogo sono impagabili. Proprietari gentilissimi e presenti per aiutare nel dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Non volevamo più andare via, davvero stupendo

Logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, les propriétaires sont disponibles et agréables. L’emplacement est très calme et chaleureux. La terrasse sous le haut vent est parfaite à toute heure de la journée pour profiter du jardin, pauses lecture, apéros, petits déjeuners etc. La piscine à 5m de la maison est parfaite pour profiter des vacances au frais et bronzer au calme! Bref, nous n’avons finalement même pas eu envie de quitter les lieux pour visiter tellement l’endroit était agréable!

Magnifique visuel sur les champs. Seul bruit celui des oiseaux. Maison très confortable, piscine très utile lors d'une canicule !

LA Farge Villa, is fabulous in all ways for us being on holiday there for 2 weeks. The location was lovely in the countryside but, near to all shops, supermarkets some lovely small 🇫🇷 French villages to pass through or stop off to enjoy the French culture, scenery the people we met 😍. The “Maynard Family “ are so friendly lovely and they went out there way on several occasions to help us with places to visit.. Sarlat Pergueuix Bergerac Les Eylies. Which were all beautiful and the weather when we were there was hot sunny 😎 too. They also helped us with their local Vet before we returned to Scotland with our dogs 🐕 so everything was 👍👍great. We already miss our lazy days chilling by their wonderful pool the amazing 🌆 sunsets we enjoyed whilst on the terrace with several glasses off lovely French Wines Champagnes 🍸🍷 We are now back in Scotland with some rain ☔️ 😂now we already miss this peaceful WEE gem of a place/villa but, we will be back again some time soon to enjoy it all over again !! 😎❤️😍 Lots of love thank you to, All The Maynard Family, Udo Nya 🐕🐶 See you soon, we hope Gregor Lesley McLeod Zak Chester 🐕🐶 XXXX

Accueil très chaleureux, très propre, bel espace, tout compris serviettes, accessoires de cuisine, produits d entretien etc.. Belle piscine, très calme Personnes très sympathiques .

Une semaine idyllique favorisée par un temps splendide. Logement dans un ancien corps de ferme luxueusement aménagé , vue imprenable sur un vallon ,grand jardin avec mobilier à profusion , piscine privée sécurisée, ... mais surtout accueil adorable de Jacky et de son épouse qui, tout en étant extrêmement discrets , ont eu plein d'attentions charmantes pour nos enfants de 7 et 10 ans et de conseils avisés pour nous ( et dont le chien a été un compagnon de jeu inattendu et apprécié). Périgueux possède un centre historique charmant.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont très gentils. La maison et la région sont reposants et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de balades dans un espace calme.
