Pet Friendly Secluded Chateau Retreat

We had with our friendgroup so much fun. Julian and Leanne were so kind to us, they gave us some home grown vegetables aswell!

Wonderful spacious grand Chateau providing a perfect get together peaceful location for our multi-generation family get together of 15. Such a diversity of facilities in the locality for all ages. From Kayaking to walking or simply lazing by pool in total seclusion. Local baker made breakfast a real pleasure and family local restaurants a real highlight. Thank you for such a great welcome and sharing your fresh produce that so enhanced the quality of our meals.

We absolutely loved the chateau- it was large with a lovely garden, pool and lots of nice bedrooms. The chateau was very private and close to a lovely little village and waterfall. The hosts were very quick and easy to contact. Would recommend to any large family or friend group

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au château, très spacieux, on était un groupe de 14 personnes avec enfants, adolescents et adultes, tout le monde a bien apprécié ce séjour. La piscine était propre nettoyé tous les jours par le propriétaire, malgré l'eau qui est un peu froide. Léanne et son mari ont été très accueillant, nous les remercions vivement pour les œufs frais pondus par leurs poules et les légumes du jardin qu'ils nous ont gentiment offerts, nous sommes très touchés par leur gentillesse. Merci également d'avoir accepté notre animal de compagnie qui n'était pas prévu au départ. Ils étaient très disponibles pour nos demandes et questions. Très bonne expérience.

We spent a week at the chateau sharing with friends and had a brilliant time. The owners Leanne and Julian were incredibly friendly and helpful, without being intrusive, and on hand with information and help if we needed it. The chateau itself has been beautifully restored, with large, comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. Outside the pool area and terrace were lovely with plenty of space to play football and frisbee. There is also a river and waterfall on the grounds within 10 minutes walk which was a wonderful bonus. Small village also 10 mins walking with boulongerie. Would definitely recommend.
