Pet Friendly Small Haven of Peace to Carry the Spinning Wheel

Loved this little place - great for walking my dogs early and late evening. Fairly basic but everything I needed (apart from a wooden spoon!). Really peaceful, close to the beach. Great for small close family gatherings. My daughter loved it too,

This rental was listed as having two bathrooms. It does NOT. There is one toilet and located within one of the bedrooms so guests in the other bedroom do not have access without going through the other bedroom. The bedroom without a toilet only has a shower. To enter the property you have to drive over a narrow, hazardous, wood plank bridge, difficult to do when a car is parked across the street. A dirty plunger was sitting on the bathroom shelf. There is mold growing on the edge of the kitchen sink. Dingy kitchenware. The description and photos are very misleading. We’ve stayed in many European rentals at this price point that were far better. We don't mind a basic rental, but this was gross. This is the worst rental we have ever encountered.

Close to beach and beautiful nature.

Fine for 2 people. One toilet only which is ensuite with no ventilation so would be unsuitable for 2 separate families even though there are two bedrooms. Nice patio areas. Lovely and peaceful at nights. Jean Remy kindly helped us out with food and wine when we arrived late and nowhere available to eat out locally. We were there beginning April - would be lovely and cool there in hot weather. Netflix available and large tvs which was nice. Basic and no cleaning products in kitchen or bathroom. We had to buy washing up liquid - no tea towels or cloths. We were unable to park van outside home which made it stressful for us leaving on last day as cleaner waiting and we were loading van in a hurry to let her in. But we should have allowed more time. All in all we had a good time and loved sitting on patio on last couple evenings when weather warned up.
