Pet Friendly Village House with Swimming Pool

We had a wonderfull stay at this house. It was neat, cosy and had all the facilities we could hope for. Lisle sur Tarn and the whole area had lots of possibilities.

We had a fantastic stay at the house in Lisle Sur Tarn. The place was very well equipped with high quality appliances, and clean and tidy. The owners met us at the house on the first night to explain how everything worked and they were extremely helpful and generous with their time. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood but still easily walkable into the lovely town where you'll find restaurants, bars and shops. As we are keen on walking we were very pleased with the number available on the doorstep or a short bus / train ride away. We would very happily go back again, and we very highly recommend this house.

We booked this property for a month to work and school online whilst in France. The advert stated 20Mb Internet, which would have been ideal for us. Unfortunately the reality was very different , rarely getting over 10Mb and no upload to speak of at all, making video calls impossible. We tried to resolve with the owners, even buying a mobile router, but in the end they admitted it was not good enough. We therefore had to leave early, despite liking the property and the owners. Unfortunately the owners chose not to refund anything for the unused dates, more than half the month, which we were very disappointed with as we felt we had tried every option to be reasonable and we did want to stay there. They also stopped responding to any texts after we left, which was a shame. If Internet is not important for you, the property is very nice, and the owners are very helpful. The town is lovely with a square with restaurants and bars a short walk away. Parking is available but you may not get right outside the house, but there is just a short walk to the end of the street for parking. The pool is small but very refreshing. We were bothered by mosquitos during our stay, so keep this in mind. Overall I think disappointed sums up our experience as we would have loved to have stayed for the month.
