We were put in an inferior property backing on to this one without a door or window. We were assured that the garden and pool was private for us (maybe the owners would use the pool) but that was a lie, there were up to 10 other people on the site with includes a BB/Guest House. The internet does not work in the inferior property either. Tried to delay our check in to enable another party to be housed in the listed property. Awaiting Vrbo's response to the issues.
