😊: Excellent communication. Wonderfully thoughtful to get a message when the room is available prior to the official check in time of 15:00. Much appreciated. Lovely and cool inside even on a hot day. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Especially quiet at night. Bike parking in the secure garage (but no ebike charging point). Close to the Via Francigena long distance pilgrim route.. 😢: No WiFi (so I can’t upload my daily camera footage). Note that it is a 20 minute walk to the restaurants in the center of town..

😊: Very well kept and clean. 😢: Back garden would benefit from a garden chair or two.

😊: Spacious, well equipped, good location and excellent value for money. Lovely garden if you were there in summer. Parking space provided nearby. Easy walk into town centre. Quiet street.. 😢: Our only complaint would be the loud music from neighbours at 7.30am. It may have been a one off as it was quiet the rest of the time..
