Petite maison atypique à Nice

😊: Great place if you want to be away from the Brussel. But easy access to town. Esp curly good for cyclists as they have good storage for bikes..

😊: We had everything we needed, host very Nice responded quickly to all our questions.. 😢: The stairs are very narrow, difficult to climb. Also the lizards, one went into the house at night..

😊: The property was quint and well defined. It had all amenities we needed and it was not far from town. We didn’t see our hosts at all but they already had everything ready for us and their instructions were easy to follow. The bedroom was comfortable with enough wardrobes and storage spaces. We loved the place but for a few issues.. 😢: The stairs were not fit for purpose. Though beautiful, they were more suitable for a kid’s tree/play house. We were terrified we would fall each time we used it. The toilet was downstairs and the wash basin was upstairs we had to wash our hands in the kitchen sink each time we used the toilet. The sink upstairs had a smell coming from it and the shower too. Every other thing was perfect..

😊: Very nice and clean place. You have everything you need.. 😢: To us was very weird having no privacy in the shower/toilet. Basically you shower in the bedroom and you use the toilet in the kitchen/living area, the smell/noise everything are in the same room. If you travel only with family maybe is not such an issue, but thaveling with friends that you are not so intimate with it is not an easy thing to handle. And the stairs indeed are not easy to use, as the other guests already wrote..
