😊: I had the worst experience ever with a Booking host.. 😢: I tried endlessly to contact the host, both me and Booking customer service as I did the mistake to book a day before my arrival to Nice. I contact them one minute after the booking but only the cleaning lady answered saying that she cannot do anything and cannot find the owners. So they played the cold turkey till now… horrible experience ..
