Petite maison de village proche d'Aix en provence

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in diesem wunderbar restaurierten Haus. Der Ausblick vom Balkon oder vom Bett auf die montagne Sainte-Victoire war immer wieder neu. Ein kleiner Spar in Fußweite, jeden Tag geöffnet, versorgte uns mit allem was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Christine, Michel und Mijo

Vue imprenable sur le château, son parc, sa mare (et son concert de grenouilles...). Maison fonctionnelle, meublée avec goût. On s'y sent chez soi. Plus une belle nature environnante. Promenades dans le village, marché à Jouques, restaurant à Puyloubier, route Cézanne, Aix-en-Provence et un tour à Gréoux les Bains et Manosque. Très belle semaine. Merci!

It was a very special time for us to be in Michele and Mijo’s “La Vista” for our winter rental of nearly 3 months. The house is one of the most attractive we’ve rented during almost 50 years of travel. It has everything in the ways of convenience and need--- roominess, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, reliable high-speed internet, convenient parking in front of the house. Too, there are delightful hangings and prints on the walls; a wonderful variety of objects on shelves; and a full range of books of literature, maps, and information on the area. In the morning you wake to a view of the small valley below with Mont Sainte-Victoire towering above (a stunning sight that is panoramic from the lovely terrace); and when you return in late afternoon the house is flooded with light and warmth. The family-centered and community-centered village is charming and lively with the village market open for basic needs 7 days a week. The area is a hiker’s delight with many, many trails in the surrounding hills and mountains. Beyond Vauvenargues, the region is richly filled with villages, towns, and varied landscapes. And only 20 minutes away by bus is Cezanne’s Aix with its history, art, architecture, culture, markets, squares, fountains, shops. Added to all of this was the kindness and thoughtfulness of Christine, who cares for the house. Simply put: our entire stay, day after day, was pure pleasure.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles vorgefunden wie vorgestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Dörfchen: wunderschön, charmant, ruhig, die Einwohner, die Nachbarin (Ansprechpartnerin für uns)sehr nett und hilfsbereit; das Haus: gemütlich, sympathisch, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, blitzsauber, hell, von der Terrasse zauberhaften Blick in alle Richtungen, u.a.auf das Schloß von Picasso und den Berg, den Cézanne oft und gern gemalt hat; die Landschaft: beruhigend, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vielfältig. Ein klasse Urlaub, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, gut erholt und viel unternommen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick zuhause gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Christine erfolgte reibungslos. Das Dorf ist ursprünglich und hat Charme. Der Blick vom Balkon ist grandios. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten ab Vauvenargues. Der kleine Sparmarkt ist gut sortiert - leckeres Baguette zum Frühstück. Ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!!
