Petite maison rustique

😊: The property is in a small village a few kms north of Champagnole and was great for touring the local area (a car is definitely needed). The house was constructed a long time ago and is quite quaint with steep stairs to the upper story. There is a pleasant garden outside with car parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.. 😢: The hosts were not around when we arrived and had sent a message to say that they would be back later and giving details of where to find the keys which unfortunately we did not receive so we managed to contact them by phone. They were away for most of our visit and the electricity went down one night. Fortunately, I found the trip switch in their garage but might be advisable to be shown this! Also, the oven is very difficult to light so you might want to ask the hosts for a demo!.

😊: Several footpaths nearby, very quiet, nice garden to eat in, large well equipped kitchen, friendly host. 😢: Can’t think of anything.
