Petite Merveille sous les toits - Centre de Dijon

😊: Good location. 😢: Host asked for 100 euros for washing the sheets because of dog fur, eventhough I paid extra to take my dogs! Also asked because we left mugs on the sink, but nowhere it said I needed to wash anything, I did not book and Airbnb. Also the room smelled moldy and I had to open the windows and the sofa had a burnt mark. So for all the lack of quality of a stay, I wonder how can so much be expected from the guests..

😊: We liked the quiet location out of town and convenience to shops and restaurants. Private parking was also a bonus.. 😢: There were too many added hidden costs that we were not expecting. The checking in/out times were unnecessarily strict and required additional cost to amend. Very impersonal treatment. Not particularly welcoming..

😊: It was a cosy apartment.. 😢: The apartment is at 4th floor with no elevator, the sheets were smelling of perfume probably from previous renters. While we were staying there suddenly at 21:30 in the evening a couple walked in apparently it was a double booking but I don’t know how they got the keys! After leaving the owners contacted us that we have to pay ridiculous amount for cleaning even thought that’s included in the price. They keep sending disturbing messages..

😊: small but cozy apartment, it had everything me and my family needed for the stay..
