Pic Janvier - Alpes Travel - Les Praz (sleeps 4-6)

😊: The location was nice.. 😢: The bathroom was smellly and there were not toiletries. There was no kitchen towel or proper cleaning supplies..

😊: The master beadroom bed and 1 ergo pillow was excellent - finally a place that has spent money to renew the establishment and the bed!. 😢: I can only find.. the cookery could be better as 1 pan was scratch and the teflon was looking nasty..

😊: The apartment is located just 2 minutes from les Praz lift which is incredibly convenient for those coming to ski. It as two bathrooms which is essential for a goup of 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids. One of the bedrooms has a splendid view on the mountains. There is a private parking space and a garage to store skis and a washing machine. A nice living room with a table that sits 6.. 😢: The lock in one of the bathrooms is on the outside which is 1st makes no sense and 2d inconvinient as you have to warn other people that bathroom is not available. The host'd better change it to the way it should be, surprised that no other traveller reported this problem. The upper floor bedroom ceiling is too low for an adult so if your group has kids it's fine if you are more than 4 adults someone will have to experience inconvenience of bending every time they are in their "bedroom" which is basically just an attic. Again, fine for kids, no good for adults..

😊: Well equipped, clean and comfortable house in a convenient location for Flegère lift and local buses. Useful garage area to store outdoor gear Very responsive host who answered questions quickly before arrival. A few restaurants within walking distance and easy enough to get into Chamonix by foot (35 mins riverside walk) or bus.. 😢: For a summer stay it would have been nice to have some chairs on the upstairs balcony. The only shop within walking distance apart is the local Epicerie, which is great for daily breakfast stuff but too expensive and limited for main meal shopping - you need a car to get to the bigger supermarkets..
