Pick A Flat's Apartments with Services in Opéra

good location. Well furnished. The house was cleaned, but I found the duvet cover of my bed with a stain (that seemed blood), in general they have to be more accurate with linen, I saw the cleaned didn't wash her hand before start cleaning, and open all tissues on the sofa in order to well fold them (the sofa isn't typically so clean!)

The apartment was exactly as in the photos and was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The access to the apartment was also very simple and easy, and check out was also smooth and easy. All amenities were provided, including water and drinks that were refilled every other day, which was amazing. However, the daily cleaning service for half of the stay was not thorough; they would only take the towels and trash, but no proper cleaning was provided, i.e, cleaning the bedroom, toilet, and bathroom floors. The linens were only changed 1 day before checkout. Better daily cleaning is recommended. The last 2 days we had cleaners that were amazing and very thorough and took care of all my requests for better cleaning.

We loved this apartment. The location was central, the flat was well equipped, the rooms were good sized and perfect for us to gather, talk, eat breakfast or lunch. The beds were sooooo comfortable. We slept so well after walking all over paris each day. And the Plum team were so responsive to our questions. GREAT service! Thank you for the best experience. We will use Plum again.
