😊: Res. 😢: We booked this accommodation for four guests, yet the space is only suitable for two. The so-called “sofa bed” is not a real sleeping arrangement — it is essentially the floor, and it is in extremely poor condition. It is absolutely unacceptable and impossible to sleep there (see attached photos). This alone should be grounds for delisting this property. Furthermore, the apartment lacks basic comfort. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution provided was a single small fan, which is clearly insufficient for four people, especially with two expected to sleep on the floor. Opening the windows is not a viable option due to the presence of mosquitoes and insects — there are no mosquito nets installed. The overall quality of the apartment is shockingly substandard. The finishes are poorly executed: badly cut plastic flooring, wallpaper installed in the shower area (which is obviously deteriorating due to moisture), and exposed nails protruding from the walls and wooden furniture. None of these serious issues are visible in the photos advertised on the booking platform. We had reserved two nights but were unable to stay under these unacceptable conditions. We immediately requested a refund, which was denied. Communication with the property is also an issue — it is not possible to speak directly with the owner, only with a concierge who has no authority to make decisions. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely unsatisfactory. This listing should be removed from Booking.com. We have used this platform for years and never encountered such an appalling, misleading, and uncomfortable accommodation. The experience was deeply disappointing, and we were left with no choice but to leave as soon as possible..

😊: Comfortable and clean for a few nights. 😢: I didn’t notice that there were no towels or a hairdryer.
