Fine, a bit basic and feels dated but it was nice for the price

We were a Family of six and there were bedsheets missing for two of us. The next morning we got them belated. The help desk/receptionists were all friendly, helpful and polite!

We were treated by a very friendly staff and they advised us about great things to do and places to visit in the area.

Communication was minimal. 2 toilet rolls for a 6 person villa for 5 days. Any more was an additional cost. Having the towels replaced, which were no bigger than a tea towel, additional cost. No communication around tourist tax. Would not accept all major credit cards. Did not send details for check in beforehand which was an issue if arriving late. No mention of the cleaning charge which was compulsory, but expected the villa to be entirely cleaned upon leaving. Reception barely open. Accommodation was ok but very small. No oven in a six person villa, very hilly with a lot of steps. Photos very deceiving.

We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back.

The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there.

Great place to unwind, kids loved the pool!! City close but you feel like your in the countryside! We Used kitchen and fridge, everything working right! We slept good!

I have walking difficulties and the apartments are about a mile up a VERY steep hill. The nearest shops are a 30 minute walk which I did attempt but had to ask my husband return for the car - St Jean de Luz is a further 15 minute walk. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable but would have been extremely cramped if we were there with another two adults. The Swimming Pool and Garden area are excellent and there are plenty of sun loungers. The staff are helpful and did their best to sort out a parking problem for us. These apartments would suit families who would want to spend their time by the pool as the walk into St Jean de Luz would be too much for small children.
