Pierre & Vacances Residence Le Moulin des Cordeliers Loches

I rate this property 5-stars primarily because of its outstanding location in Loches. Also, the front desk staff communicated very well in advance of our arrival. Other pluses include the kitchen and living areas. For these reasons, I think the proper is most ideal for young families. As an older couple I would give it four stars for the following reasons. The property is laid out in such a way where the distance from your vehicle to your room is likely to be long and likely to involves one or more flights of stairs. The actual sleeping room with our double bed was so small, there was barely enough room to get around the bed. When we arrived, we had to make our own bed and put in the trash liners. Not a welcome task after driving seven hours. It was clear from the lack of amenities that the host is trying to save money wherever they can. That is fine in some ways, but others were negative. My suggestion is to charge a little more for the room and deliver a five star stay.

VERY NICE APARTMENTS, WITH ALL FACILITIES LOCHES IS A LOVELY FRENCH TOWN,WHICH IS DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT.

Great location. All city shops, restaurants and historical sites easily within walking distance. The pool and sunbeds were particularly welcome in the late afternoons on the hot days we stayed there. Fan provided in the room was a bonus (temperatures were exceptionally high).

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat.

Exceptional<br>#128578; What a great find - lovely generous space overlooking the river, lots of facilities, helpful staff, free parking, 2 steps from the centre. And at a giveaway price. It's a gem.<br>#128577; If I was being ultra picky, the WiFi wasn't so good

Great hotel would stay there again very central to the main town square and train station. Scenic location along the river.
