Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Jardins de la Côte d'Opale

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting to the centre of Le Touquet. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. The cleanliness was below expectations when we arrived. We were also surprised that we had to make up all the beds ourselves, including putting on the bed sheets and pillowcases, which is not something we have experienced before in a holiday apartment. On checkout, we were also required to remove all the bed linen and put everything into laundry bags ourselves. While the location was great, the overall stay did not feel very comfortable because of these issues.

The pool was great and staff were kind and helpful.

Great place, ideal for the kids as it has a large pool. Grounds are nice and close to the beach and a lovely town

The properrt is well maintained, however the apartment needed a little updating as some of the furnishings were tired. This did not spoil our stay overall, the apartment was clean, the grounds were well maintained and the property was well located within walking distance of the town centre/

Play area out of action. No bicylces for hire.The property needs a bit of investment as it has the ability to offer much more.

Set in woods the apartments are very clean and well equipped. Staff are very helpful but you do need a car to get anything no shop on premises.

Overall a pleasing stay once we managed to get in. The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement.
