The staff is great. Clean and nice lodging. Thank you to Jade who was so helpful way beyond just assisting residents. I forgot my charger for my laptop, our daughter had an intern interview and Jade offered to bring her own personal charger to the hotel, ON A DAY OFF... Kindness beyond words. Thank you for a lovely stay
No air conditioning The apartment is too small that there is no space for the bags No principal bed The grass is yellow
their check-in time is only from 5pm to 7pm. They don't even have a number to call after those hours. We lost all our money. horrible customer service. Expedia should remove this place from their website.

Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year.
