Great place for the price you pay. Short walk to the main beach. Spa area with sauna that's ok. We traveled as a family and slept well.

There were no amenities. No shampoo, water or anything. They also expect you clean the room before you leave and take trash with you and put linens for washing. Don’t recommend at all.

Clean and comfortable and large space. Friendly staff, and nice facilities, including lots of child-friendly spaces. Good location; we walked everywhere, and it's near bus stops to the airport and other places like Bayonne. Would recommend!

The staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. The apartment was very clean and freshly renovated. Everything there for a weeks stay. Perfect location close to centre ville, buses, beach etc

Missing or broken things in the room, noisy, smelly, and check out process not convenient- not a box to drop the keys and it was closed so we gave the keys to the person to be in the reception but it’s been 2 days and no invoice yet - scared they will overcharge

This property is well located in a quaint neighborhood, with boulangerie, charcuteries, supermarket, restaurants etc. It is also a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is really designed as a place to stay for a week in Biarritz. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a studio apartment with sofa bed. There were no instructions on what to do, but I eventually worked it out. You had to clean the apartment before you left (which was no problem for me). Laundry was good. Wi-Fi ok
