Piscine chauffée, Grand jardin, maison pour 8

After travelling for almost 24 hours, we were kept waiting outside the property for almost an hour for our host to meet us and let us in the property. We had just been to the supermarket so had to throw away some of the chilled and frozen food. We also had 3 young children, who all needed the toilet! When the host did finally arrive, we found her rude and very unapologetic. The house itself felt dirty - there were cobwebs in every room, all the plates/cups/cuttlery were dirty. We eneded up cleaning everything ourselves before using it - the last thing you want to do when you arrive on holiday after a long journey. None of the beds were made - again the last thing you want to have to do after 24 hours of travelling. Oh and after making the booking, we got asked if we wanted to pay extra to have bedding and towels!! This is after we've already paid our deposit & with no mention whatsoever prior to booking that these essentials would not be included. False advertising and hidden charges.Location was great, the pool was great & local beaches & restaurant's were fantastic - about the only positives i can think of I'm afraid.

We had a lovely holiday. Good communication. House is in good location but felt it was ‘tired’ and needed more maintenance and care, specifically around pool area and pool.
