😊: The location was great. The apartment itself was very nice. The parking and ski storage were really useful.. 😢: The company used to make the bookings were horrible to work with. They didn't send through forms until a matter of days before, and yet kept chasing us to confirm details, whilst threatening with either not having linens on arrival, or a whole heap of charges and fees. They charged for a dog in the apartment which was never there, I have pushed back on this and am waiting for them to stop arguing. We booked cleaning at the end of stay, but this was never confirmed or provided. All in all it's one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a rental agency. When I raised these concerns with them I was confronted by accusations, and arguments, nobody apologised, and we're still waiting for confirmation that we won't be charged for the non-existent dog. The apartment was also dirty on arrival, but the company wouldn't accept this despite being shown photo evidence. Truly a terrible experience!.

Situation et équipement de l’appartement (lave vaisselle, machine à laver et sèche linge), terrasse Mise à disposition d’éthanol pour la cheminée

Nous avons apprécié les équipements, la tranquillité, l’emplacement, le stationnement et la décoration. La douche qui a tendance à déborder ….malgré que nous l’ayons débouchée
