Prarion - Modern apartment 4 pax Next to Ski lift - By Cozee Rentals

😊: Location was ok.. 😢: We parked our car one night and the janitor pushed our car around 5 meters with his van (just bumped into our car when we weren’t there) even though he had a lot of space. Even if he did not have enough space he should have not pushed the car 5 meters maybe 1 or 2 meters would have been enough . Not only did the host apologise to us they said that the janitor did the right thing and they basically agreed that his agressive behavior was justified. Moreover, the janitor taped a paper on our windshield with some permanent tape that did not come off easily which damaged the windshield. The host also encouraged janitor’s behavior. P.s you can see in the images that the van has a grass area behind him which he could easily back up to but he instead devided to push the car. And the host encouraged him for that!!.

😊: This property is a stone throw from the prarion lift, esf ski school, ski hire store and a bakery making the location 10/10. Communication with the host is fast and easy. We visited during -5 degrees weather and heavy snow, the apartment heated up beautifully. I would recommend to anyone skiing in les houches.. 😢: There was no dishwashing liquid soap but we bought some and left it for the next guest :) Kitchen crockery didn’t feel clean (maybe just to my standard) so we opted for paper plates!.

😊: Super cozy. Nice sofa corner with plenty of light. Practical layout and furniture which makes feeling being in a much bigger studio than it is.. 😢: Limited kitchenware for cooking and some kitchenware was not well cleaned.

😊: Great location, 1 minute walk from ski lift and bus stop to bring you to other ski areas. Nearest grocery store is 2 bus stops away. There's a bakery in the neighbor building. Location is very quiet, since not much night life around. Apartment was clean. Well equipped kitchen, everything might be needed for cooking was there.. 😢: Fireplace is not operable. Guests are not allowed to use it. Although apartment is heated with radiators rather well, would be good to have this option too..
