Hotel.sarl😊: We had an excellent stay. The apartment was relatively small but there was everything we needed. The bathroom looked like it had been renewed recently. There was access to a swimming pool which I loved.. 😢: The administration of the property was awful! I received non stop messages via What’s App, email and booking.com asking me to verify my reservation. I confirmed and gave my card details for the deposit - BUT I continued to get not stop messages. I even received a message at 6am the morning of our arrival saying that if we did not confirm we would not be given access to the apartment. Very stressful and not at all professional. When we did eventually manage to speak to someone, they were lovely and very helpful. They need to resolve their automated messages and there admin system that never ended up working for us..

😊: I liked that it was close to ski lift. 😢: Didn't get information on time to get into apartment Didn't know the name of the house, no one to assist us. Had to ask other people strangers to help us. No transfer, as was stated from the train stop. The pool was freezing. Walking with big bags in snow was terrible. It was a small apartment with no bath. Nowhere to put ski boots or other ski equipment. One helmet was robbed by the door of the apartment. You were to send a WhatsApp with all the details I never got it..
