Lovely location, great rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Issue with room booked but sorted by purchasing an upgrade Cleanliness is not at its best dirty curtains worn towels stained chair coverings. Public areas very worn broken door handles Swimming pool is very good but does not open until 9am Staff polite and speak several languages including English

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com.

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.

Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.

Very nice accommodation. Room was clean and a good size. Again an issue with the smart TV, could not use screen mirror function. Appears to have been removed from tv. As English speaker it would have been good to watch tv at night. The staff were helpful and worked to make our staff enjoyable.

We felt that facilities and engagement of staff were poor for a 5 star property. We stayed 10 days and the property was not cleaned for the duration. Not worth the money.

The room was very clean, well equipped and super spacious. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place is quite new and in good condition. My only complaint is that the leisure facilities - the pool, lounger area etc. are inadequate for the size of the hotel. This area was completely packed from the moment it opened until it closed, and full of kids throughout. Consequently I didn’t use it. This was partly because it was only open from 10am until 7:30pm. Enlarging these facilities, adding an adults only pool, or simply extending the hours to include early mornings and late at night would let grownups enjoy this and would have made the stay much better as a result.
