Pretty country house of 900 m2, with heated swimming pool/volet and tennis court

I stayed in the house with my family for 2 weeks and it was absolutely amazing. The house is incredibly spacious, the pool is large and nearby the house and it has a well-maintained tennis court. There are also hiking trails directly leaving from the property. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back in the next years. Thanks also to Steve, the housekeeper. He was super helpful.

We enjoyed our one-week stay in this beautiful and well-decorated house close to Orange and the A7 Route du Soleil. We is a big family with granddad and mam, four children with grandchildren aged 24 to 2 years old, 23 persons in total. The house is quiet and isolated, surrounded by forrest, grass fields and wine fields. Huge sycamore trees gave pleasant shade on the kitchen side of the house, where there was room outside for putting together all tables for 23, so perfect for summer. Indoor rooms are large and many, but putting 23 on one table will be difficult. Big plusses of the house: plenty of space for getting together or withdrawing for privacy, really nice atmosphere (you really do feel like a landlord), very friendly concierge, great kitchen with everything you need, including great fridges with ice-cubes! Big supermarkets nearby. The only thing that some of us missed was the connection between the swimming pool and the kitchen, such that the group tended to be split between swimmers/readers and cookers/talkers. For the small children this was actually rather safe :-) and there is a fence around the swimming pool. So all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend this "Domaine". Bas PS one funny thing: all correspondence from the house owners is in French, including contract etc, but you can respond in English.
