Pretty farmhouse tastefully renovated, air-conditioned, in the vineyards, with jacuzzi pool

We had a lovely stay. The location can't be beat whether you're looking to be close to the main beaches, wineries, villages, and supermarket. The house was perfectly comfortable for two families of 4. We cooked every day and all appliances were new, as was the grill, and washer/dryer. Linens, towels, and beach towels were new and fresh. The house was clean and had spacious bedrooms, common areas, and outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which are both clean and well-maintained, as is the garden around the house. The gated driveway was a nice plus. Our hosts were great communicators leading up to and throughout our stay. We had an issue with the WiFi and the owners promptly addressed it.

Gorgeous home, great location. Wonderful home owner. I cannot say enough about how terrific this house is. We were a family of 5, 2 parents 3 kids (ages 14,14,12). Home was well suited for all of us. More than enough space where we could be together, or apart for some alone time. And the home is spotless! House has a beautifully maintained garden with swimming pool. A few minutes to Ramatuelle, the beach, and the super market.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété sans mauvaise surprise. Emplacement idéal pour l'accès aux plages de Pampelonne et une partie jardin avec piscine et spa très conviviale. La propriétaire a été réactive et souple sur l'ensemble de notre séjour, je conseille fortement cette location.

Pleasant, well-equipped house built with an architect's eye for detail. Wonderful garden with carefully selected plants and trees. The pool and hot jacuzzi are spectacular and well-maintained. Bikes in excellent condition for country rides; Pamplonne a five minute ride. Located adjacent to vineyards. Supermarket in close proximity, Ramatuelle and Gassin minutes away (sans circulation aux heures de pointe). House and garden border road with heavy traffic, but closed windows keep noise out.

Séjour de deux semaines très agréable dans une maison confortable (cuisine très bien équipée, piscine sécurisée, jardin totalement clos donnant sur les vignes d'un côté et sur la route menant aux plages de l'autre). La maison est proche des plages et des commerces de proximité. Marleen, la propriétaire est très disponible et accueillante. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

This was just what we needed for our short April break. A private getaway with everything we could wish for. We were lucky with the weather and where able to enjoy all the different activities in the area. Hiking near the shoreline, riding a bike to St. Tropez or visiting the historical villages of the Provence. Also great thanks to the proprietors for all their help and information.

Location très agréable, spacieuse (nous étions 2 familles avec des petits enfants), très bien équipée et surtout très bien sécurisé (partout clotûrer). La propriétaire est très sympa flexible. Location est bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages. On y retournera volontiers l'année prochaine.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa de haut standing très bien entretenue. Elle est parfaitement située entre le joli village de Ramatuelle et Saint-Tropez. Le superbe village de Gassin n'est pas très loin non plus. Seul bémol: la proximité de la route mais cela n'est pas handicapant au regard de la qualité de cette location. L'accueil de la propriètaire a été parfait: chaleureux et professionnel. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation.
