pretty little house with terrace and private parking on raised ground

Lovely house set in large grounds surrounded by woodland. Secure with electric gates, private and tranquil, sunny patio area with large parasol, tables and chairs, and loungers. Exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, nice shower, mosquito net over the shower-room window, plenty of sockets, electric shutters. We had everything we needed for our wonderful month there. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and looked after us discretely. Several supermarkets in the vicinity and also a Biocoop.

Everything was delightful. We had a warm and friendly welcome. The property is ideal for two, it is well equipped and has modern stylish decoration. It is well located, with easy access to many beautiful places to visit. Perfect.

This is a very well presented property in Chancemade 5 km from the centre of Perigeux. Easy car parking and beautiful view of large garden and adjoining forest from the terrace. Easy access to good supermarkets and to attractions such as Brantome without the hassle of Perigeux traffic. Hosts very welcoming.
