😊: Clarity, flexibility and the conditions of the place.. 😢: Small table in the kitchen and no water in the fridge.

😊: Easy to access via lift. Parking was right outside. Property was clean and comfortable but the intense heat meant that sleeping was very difficult. We opened the windows but there was no air flow. The property is well stocked for two people. It was a quiet location.. 😢: Windows only on one side of the property meant that there was no way that air could flow through. On both occasions that we stayed, it was extremely hot and despite the fan, it was not possible to get a good night’s sleep. The owners could not do anything about this but it was still very uncomfortable. The only thing that we think the owners should improve is the pillows - they are very poor and do not support the head..

😊: Good location, close to amenities. Free parking. Excellent communication and updates from the hosts. The place is spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and they provide little nice touches (like slippers, bottled water, etc) that make you feel welcome.. 😢: N/A. We had a lovely stay and won't hesitate to book again if I am back in Chalon-sur-Saône..
