Property on the banks of the Sioule river in a small spa village in Auvergne

Jean Michel is a lovely host. You can see that he loves his house. Its very clean with a wonderful garden. Lots of games for all of us. Tabletennis, petanque, badminton etc. Lovely river for swimming, fishing, canoeing. We would surely recommend this place foid people who seek a quit place but with lots of nature in the surroundings.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans un havre de paix! Jean Michel est un super hôte, accueillant, chaleureux et présent si besoin. La maison est très grande, les lits confortables, la douche spacieuse, une grande cuisine ouverte sur une salle à manger avec une vue incroyable sur la Sioule et les montagnes. Le grand terrain offre pleins de possibilités de jeux, de faire un barbecue, de ce détendre devant le soleil, de faire du canoë juste devant la propriété ou même pêcher. Ce séjour a été une véritable bouffée d’oxygène pour notre famille. Je vous recommande à 100%.

I booked this holiday for my family not having visited this part of France before and was not disappointed. Jean michel’s Beautiful house is perfectly located on the banks of the river Sioule with a large well maintained garden and easy access for swimming and fishing. The house itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need within. Outside there is a fabulous gas BBQ, canoes, excellent mountain bikes and plenty of wood for a camp fire. We watched the bats and stargazed, enjoyed the kingfishers and fishing for trout. The volcanic lake nearby is beautiful for swimming and picnics. There are also some great places to eat nearby. Jean michel was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend his property to anyone who was looking to holiday in this area with no hesitation. We will definitely return!!!!
