😊: We had an amazing holiday at Coly de Bessède. The beautiful house was perfect for our group of 14. There was plenty of space inside and out and we especially loved the covered outdoor area with comfy seating and hammocks to relax and shade from the sun. The outside kitchen was very useful, with a fridge, sink, bbq and hot plate. The swimming was a perfect size and there were plenty of sunbeda too. The location was quiet and peaceful and was a brilliant base for our road cycling rides in the surrounding area. It is located a short drive/ride from the beautiful town of Belvès with a small Spar supermarket and lovely small shops and wonderful square with numerous cafes/restaurants. There is also a wonderful Boulanger on the main road out to Siorac-en-Périgord, which was a perfect spot to swim and paddle board in the river. There is also a larger Carrefour supermarket and a microbrewery right on the river too. Saint-Cyprien is close by which is a beautiful old town with small streets to explore. We did lots of cycling and our whole group did a canoeing trip down the Dordogne which was fun. Christine is an amazing host and answered lots of our questions before was arrived and Celine was able to help when we arrived. We fully recommend staying in the fabulous house the whole holiday was just perfect, thank you again Christine..
