Propriété spacieuse, dans parc arboré- sans vis à vis Monpazier- Piscine privée

This is a wonderful spacious house in a fantastic location. The pictures really do not do it justice. The pool was so clean an amazing size, we spent hours in it come rain or shine! The house is less than a 15 minute easy walk into Monpazier which has multiple restaurants, shops and a choice of 2 bakeries! The house is on a quiet cul de sac. The basement with the table tennis and table football was a real bonus. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the bedrooms are very spacious. We can not recommend this property enough!

The property is in a great location in walking distance to Monpazier. The pool area was very impressive, with a well equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The pool itself is huge, in fact bigger when seeing in person compared with the photos online.

We had a lovely stay here, the house is big and well equipped. It’s located on the outskirts of the village which was only a 15/20minute walk away. The village has nice shops, bars etc. There are plenty of areas to sit out in the sun and you can get in the sun all day if you wanted. The outdoor kitchen/pool area is second to non! The only downside to the house that I feel let it down was its cleanliness/ maintenance of the house. The travel cot and high chair were stored in the basement and needed a good wipe over before use as it looked like it had been in there a while. The first couple of nights we were getting bitten only at bed time and decided to wash the bedsheets on a hot wash and we gave the bed and bedroom a good clean and didn’t have a bad night after that. We paid 25€ each for linen & towels (1 bath & 1 hand towel each & a wash mitt). All were in poor condition. Towels were old & stained, bed linen was bobbled & low quality. It's a lovely house let down by poor cleanliness - kitchen cupboards & drawers, mouldy shower tray/door and sofa.

Great gite, in a great location, with an amazing pool.

This is a superb and well cared for property. The pool is fantastic and everything in the house is clean and well maintained. It is just over a km into Monpazier and an easy walk for morning bread or afternoon drinks. Very private. Highly recommended and our family, from ages 7 to 80 loved it.

Beautiful house set in beautiful massive grounds. Communication with owner was smooth& Sylvain who met us gave a fantastic warm welcome. Well equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor cooking area by the pool. Table tennis, table football was appreciated by the kids and we enjoyed playing pentanque in the evenings. Easy walk to Monpazier centre and well located for day trips. We fell in love with the area and look forward to returning.

Lovely villa in nice quiet location, 1K from Monpazier. Monpazier has lots of nice restaurants & is a lovely place to wander around. Really nice pool at the villa, larger than most pools we have had in France. Sylvain greeted us on arrival with wine, bread & saucisson and was very helpful. Well equipped villa, everything we could need for a relaxing holiday.

Overall really great property - excellent swimming pool, BBQ area and spacious bedrooms. Lots of privacy afforded by extensive grounds. House was well-equipped throughout and made for a very comfortable stay. Very helpful agent who checked us in/out. About 15 min walk into the village which offered plenty restaurants. One minor gripe - there was a fairly high charge for linen/towels which we felt were rather poor quality and could do with upgrading to justify the fee.
