😊: The excellent communication from François who could not have been more helpful. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen bathroom and lounge area. Lovely, generous 1st breakfast goodies left for us. A relaxing vibe to the place.. 😢: Be ready for the stairs, though its only 1st floor. Bit difficult to unload as many parking places outside taken up by workmen renovating local property. Free parking about 10-12 min walk away. We had a cement mixer going just below our window, probably temporary..
