Quiet house not overlooked, 30 m2 terrace 200 meters from the ramparts

Great location in proximity to the city! Very clean, great shower, and lovely kitchen with all you need to make a meal! The host is extremely responsive! Would recommend to anyone!!

Very positive pleasant accommodation. Host Mariam is helpful and friendly. Patio is very exquisite. Bathroom is up to date. Great location to visit sites in Avignon.

Quiet location, nice terrace. Two blocks to historical downtown. Sometimes difficult to find a parking place on the street. But you can ask owner for help

In September 2024 we had a wonderful stay in Myriams house in Avignon. The house is near to the Old Town of Avignon (just a few minutes to go), and the house is awful! Myriam organized a parking for the car on the neighbours ground so we didn't have any trouble by searching a parking. The layout of the rooms is fantastic, and the apartment is lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. And Myriam is a great hostess, we got along splendidly. Myriam had an open ear for all questions. We are seriously considering coming back, which we don't usually do...

We stayed at this place based on the patio photos and it did not disappoint! The patio was large, lovely, well-appointed with recliners, table, and chairs. It was also very quiet and private. The walk into central Avignon was surprisingly short--10 minutes max. The only issue is regarding people who are older and have mobility problems and need railings. There are none to the upper level in the apartment where the shower is. An excellent location to explore Avignon, however, and we would recommend this place strongly.
