Quiet residence studio

Traditional Parisian older-style apartment, but fully equipped with good facilities, handy location and a very friendly and helpful host Gerard to ensure our memorable 4-night stay in Paris. Comfortable and quiet apartment.

No such thing as “Beautiful view…” all we saw from the kitchen window was buildings and the peak of the Eiffel Tower. It stated that the bathroom was small but wow it was so small and no grab rods to “climb” up to the shower. TV was so small it was not worth turning on.

This apartment is just adorable and close to everything necessary! Our host showed us how everything worked and even helped with our luggage. He left maps of where good local markets and restaurants were! You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen!!! Very happy with our stay!

Clean and comfortable at a very good location. The host is also very friendly and wonderful person!

Gerard is one amazing man!He did the entire apartment tour.Very positive guy, who will make sure your stay in Paris is pleasant.A lot of attention to details as well.I sure do recommend you to stay here! :)

Steps to transit and the whole place was excellent! You can get anywhere in Paris within 30 mins by train and the apartment is furnished with many guides and booklets with information about Paris. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Great location. It is a 5 floor walkup so you need to be able to carry bags up stairs. No problem for us. Very small bathroom. Well stocked with dishes towels etc. Very nice owners on site.

Gerard and Marlene were very helpful to make our stay pleasant.
