Quiet villa - private pool and fenced garden

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Lavandula very much. The pictures give a very accurate description of the setting. The villa is located at the end of a small quiet street in Sainte Valiere. With the pool and the nice terrace in the shade of two trees, everything is perfect for relaxing and you can easily spend the whole day here. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The parents could use the pool chairs and have an unblocked view over the fields next to the villa. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, only the beds were too soft for my liking. The contact to Jonathan was exemplary, both in the preparation of the journey and for any question we had while being there, thank you a lot!

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. La piscine parfaite surtout avec des enfants, et la terrasse très reposante. La localisation bien que un peu loin des axes principaux ne nous a pas empêché de nous promener dans Minerve ou encore le long du canal du Midi. En bref 5* méritées, pour des vacances très appréciées des petits comme des grands.

Vacances entre amis, visites entre Carcassonne et Narbonne, on a pu profiter de la mer et des bords du canal du midi, Minerve magnifique village a ne pas manquer. La piscine est très appréciable, la terrasse sous les arbres est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables la maison est bien mieux qu'en photo.

Situated in a small quiet village, 2 minutes from main roads, 10 minutes from large shops and half an hour from the centre of Narbone. A couple of minutes takes you into Ginestas nearby which has some nice restaurants/bars. The villa itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking fields out the back so we didn't have to worry too much about the kids making that much noise playing in the pool. We did meet the neighbour, lovely woman. It has good parking with space in the driveway or to the side. Inside was very clean and in good condition throughout and contained everything we needed. It has a great outdoor area with a sheltered seating area under some trees and BBQ which was nice for socialising or just getting out of the sun for a bit. The pool was great for the kids, about 5ft at its deepest and again like everything else, well kept. Jonathan, the owner, is very easy to deal with, accomodating, sent through a lot of information beforehand and was more than happy to help with any questions we had and made sure that everything was as hassle free as possible We would stay here again.

Das Highlight des Urlaubs war die tolle Terrasse mit ganz viel natürlichen Schatten. Von dort aus hatte man Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und an der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit sehr kompletter Ausstattung! Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Infos die Jonathan über Restaurants, Ausflugsziel usw zur Verfügung stellt sind aktuell. Für Ruhesuchende das ideale Ziel!

Location conforme à la description et donc à nos attentes. Une semaine au calme et reposante avec une jolie piscine à disposition 24h/24. A l'écart des grands axes mais très pratique pour découvrir une belle région.

Maison fonctionnelle et très agréable literie impeccable cuisine très bien aménagée. Un propriétaire au petit soin et très réactif.
