😢: We were given the impression that the pool was for our use but having travelled a distance to the house we were told it was not. The bedroom smelled so bad that I had to sleep in the kitchen area hence our departure the next day and extra payment for onward accommodation..

😊: Location for us as we were working nearby. Parking is easy - right outside the house. Fairly well equipped in the kitchen and having a dishwasher is a bonus (just remember the tablets). Owner was friendly and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The house is a good size and being in the countryside it’s very calm at night. Provision of a fan in the bedroom helped us sleep and the bed was comfy. A separate WC downstairs and laundry room is also useful. The horse, goats and ducks are there though you have to walk through the owners garden to see them.. 😢: The property would benefit from modernisation in the kitchen plus a new BBQ and garden furniture to sit outside. A good spring clean and look at the place from the customer’s view, if the owner wants to market it as a holiday location. Connecting doors to the owners property allow cooking smells to filter through upstairs - could be good or bad depending on what’s cooking! Simply, the place could be so much nicer with a bit of work..
