Im Essbereich (Richtung Innenhof) konnte man nachts gut das Fenster auflassen und lüften. In den Schlafzimmern (Ostseite, Straße) zusätzlich Klapprolläden als Sonnenschutz. Sehr gute Anbindung mit RER Richtung Paris Zentrum oder Ostbahnhof (Zone 1-3) und Disneyland (Zone 3-5) oder mit dem Bus 118 nach Vincennes.
