Rare 2 bedroom with private beach on Lake Annecy - Two-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Beautiful location and the private beach was amazing for breakfast on the pontoon and a swim at the end of the day. Nice to be away from the crowds in Annecy!!. 😢: The weather was very hot so the apartment was hot, but we didn’t spend much time there..

😊: Being so close to the lake and a warm welcome by the host was amazing. The accommodation was very nicely presented and people in the same building were welcoming. We enjoyed our very brief stop over and would spend more time there again!.

😊: The photos of this property makes it look quite special, however upon arrival if felt like a hostel apartment. Very dated and small. Not worth the money charged at all in fact I wouldn’t pay half what they charge. Bath plug broken, water tepid, coffee machine broken. Minimal kitchen equipment only suite for two really. Pillows were more like sheets of paper (glad we brought our own.) we booked property mainly for private lake area but again this was run down and needed tidying up. There are over places in Annecy for half the price so we wouldn’t return.
