Rare Cassis duplex apartment, 5 minutes from the beach and port on foot

This is a whole duplex apartment in a quaint older building, right in the heart of old town Cassis and a five-minute walk to the nearest beach (and bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, etc.). It has all necessary amenities and is charmingly decorated. It does sleep 4 comfortably owing to a day bed in the main living area. In season, traffic through the street is strictly regulated and there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is on the third (top) floor and accessible only through a narrow, steep staircase. This was just fine for us since we arrived on foot and we have no issue going up and down multiple flights of stairs; it would be challenging for a mobility-impaired person, however.

Küche besser bestückt als bei manchem zu Hause. Das SZ befindet sich auf einer Empore, die durch eine steile und zu einer Seite offenen Treppe zu erreichen ist. Wem das nicht behagt (nächtl. Toilettengang) findet unterhalb der Treppe eine gute Schlafstätte. Sehr zentrale Lage im Dorf sowie zum Strand.<br>#128577; Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, man muß durch einen etwas schäbigen und überhitzten Flurt staksen, für manch einen sicher nicht leicht zu bewältigen. Das sollte unbedingt in die Beschreibung.
