😊: Nothing.. 😢: I was assigned a room on the fourth floor, there was no elevator or a reception desk. Having heavy luggage and a medical condition in my spine made climbing the narrow stairs very difficult. I couldn't open the door. I tried every door with the key left at the entrance, but it didn't work. The instructions sent by the host were in French. I don't speak French. I asked for help from a young lady at the shop on the first floor, her reply was that she works for the shop, not for the hotel hence she wouldn't help me. My phone's battery was empty. After climbing all the way up again, i tried every door. I didn't work. I booked another room, in another hotel, as you can see, after finding a café to recharge my phone. Next day i asked the admins where to leave the keys and a refund. The reply was to leave the keys in the same box. But they didn't sent me the code. I had to look it up through all the emails i had received from them. There was a storm. I walked there anyway to drop tge keys. I demand a full refund..
